Codenacci

We help businesses stop working by hand.

We build sites and platforms for companies still running on spreadsheets and messages what a system should handle on its own. We deliver in one week, support you for three months and stay on to keep it running.

It's almost never a technology problem.

It's that someone is spending hours every week on something a system would do on its own — and nobody can cover when that person is out.

Sign-ups
They arrive via WhatsApp, one by one, and someone copies the data into a spreadsheet.
Payments
Loose transfers that have to be matched by hand against a list.
Clients
Spread across three files, two phones and one person's memory.
Reports
Built by hand when someone asks, and they never quite add up.

Was this working and it broke, or is it something that didn't exist before?

The first we fix. The second we quote.

How we work

Four stages, with a start and an end

Discovery

One hour

A conversation to understand what the business does, which manual task takes the most time and who will manage what we build. Not a sales meeting: a requirements session.

It produces a one-page proposal: what we'll build, what's left out, the recommended plan and the delivery date.

Build

One week

Five days of focused work. The client only takes part to hand over content on day one and approve on the last. At the end it's live on your domain.

One week is possible because we don't start from scratch: we have our own proven base.

Support

Three months

Team training, a round of adjustments based on real use, usage review and a closing assessment.

Already included in the build price. It's the stage that decides whether a system gets used or abandoned.

Maintenance

Ongoing

From month four: hosting, domain, SSL, backups, updates, monitoring, bug fixes and minor content changes.

If something we delivered stops working, we fix it at no cost. If it goes down, we find out before you do.

The plan is defined during discovery, not before. Clients usually ask for more than they need, and part of our job is to say so. Pricing comes with the proposal.
